How to cancel

Feelingfield is billed through Apple. To cancel, on the iPhone signed in to your Apple ID:

You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions on the web. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your library stays available for a 30-day grace window after cancellation, then is deleted with the rest of your data.

How to get a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for the Feelingfield charge. If Apple has questions for us, forward the email and we will respond on your behalf.

Common questions

My audio failed to generate.

Sessions occasionally stall on a slow network or a busy provider. Pull-to-refresh on Home, or tap Try again on the session card. If it keeps failing, write to us and we will look.

How often do I get a new session?

A new one each day, up to three waiting for you. Missing a day loses nothing, and you can re-listen to what is already in your library as often as you like.

How long are the audios?

A few minutes each, in five short acts.

Does the sleep timer work?

Yes. The player offers timers at 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes, or end of session. The loop mode can be set to Off, On, or Until timer.

Does Family Sharing work?

No. Each subscription is tied to a single Apple ID. We may revisit this after launch.

Will it run on iPad or Apple Watch?

Not in version one. iPhone only, iOS 17 and later, portrait.

How do I delete my account and data?

Write to hello@feelingfield.com from your Apple ID email and ask. We will erase everything personal within thirty days and confirm by reply.
